Ordering & Payment

MINIMUMS

Minimum opening wholesale orders are $150.

Minimum re-orders are $100.

Wholesale orders are placed via our website, which will automatically manage and process your payment at the time of ordering. Funds are securely transferred via Credit Card (via Square) or via PayPal. If you would prefer to pay via direct bank deposit, please contact us. Orders are dispatched once payment is received.

Back Orders

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock so we may choose to either refund or back order your product. Once items are back in stock, we will contact you before shipping in case you would like to add to your order.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will not be accepted. 

Defective items may be exchanged for product credit or refund. Orders containing damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of delivery receipt. 

Packages must not be refused without good reason. Packages refused without good reason will not be refunded and further incurred shipping costs will be your responsibility. For incorrect or damaged orders please contact us within 5 days.

 

All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise. 

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio in Roseville 2069 Sydney, Australia. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via Australia Post. Please let us know if you’d like to request special shipping arrangements. Any duties or customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the retailer. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number via email.

Turnaround Time

We endeavor to make sure that all our products listed on our website are in stock and the pricing is up to date and correct. Our standard turnaround time is between 5-10 business days depending on availability. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know as soon as possible a revised turnaround time. Otherwise, we could offer an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund for products not in stock if necessary.

In Store Display & Packaging

All MBarnett Designs products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets and packs may not be broken up and sold as individual products. Failure to comply may result in account termination. If you are selling MBarnett Designs products online, credit must be given to MBarnett Designs in the product description. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.

Online Sales Channels

We fully support the sale of our products through your physical store and company website. However we do not permit the selling of our products via third party websites such as Etsy, Ebay, Amazon, etc. Minimum retail price for greeting cards is $6.00AUD. Products sold below this price must be clearly marked as on sale
